Yes. Every new design project starts with a free consultation, with no obligation to continue. It is a chance to discuss your garden, your ideas and whether a natural pool or pond is the right fit.
Am I booking a confirmed appointment here?
This form sends us your consultation request. We will contact you to discuss the project and agree a suitable time together. Your appointment is confirmed when we have arranged it with you, rather than when you submit the form.
Do I need to have chosen a pool type?
Not at all. Choose the photograph that feels closest to your idea, or select “Not sure yet”. We can talk through the differences and help you understand which approach suits your garden and the way you want to use it.
Compare the different pool typesWhat should I prepare before we speak?
Your project location and a few thoughts about the garden are enough to begin. An approximate budget or preferred timescale can help, but you do not need drawings, exact measurements or a fully worked out brief.
Can I send photographs of my garden?
Yes. Email photographs or existing drawings to hello@bespokenaturalpools.co.uk with your name and project postcode. A view of the garden from the house and any access routes can be useful, but photographs are not required to request a consultation.

We begin by understanding your project and discussing the most useful next step. Where a site visit is appropriate, we arrange it with you so we can look at the space, its setting and the practical details in person.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Bury St Edmunds and design and build across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. Include the project postcode in your request so we can discuss the location and next steps.
How soon will I hear back?
We read requests personally and aim to reply within a day or two. Our enquiry hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We will use the contact details you provide to arrange the conversation.
