Yes. Every new design project begins with a free consultation, with no obligation to go any further. It gives us a chance to understand your garden, how you would like to use the water and what you hope to create.
Not at all. Choose the photograph that feels closest to your idea, select “Not sure yet”, or simply tell us what you are imagining. The choice is a starting point for a conversation, not a commitment to a particular design.
Compare the different pool typesYour location, a few lines about the garden and how you would like to use the water are enough to begin. A rough budget or preferred timescale is helpful, but you do not need exact measurements or a finished brief before getting in touch.
Yes. Email your photographs or drawings to hello@bespokenaturalpools.co.uk, together with your name and the property location. They can help us understand the space before we speak, but they are not needed to send an initial enquiry.
Email your garden detailsWe are based in Bury St Edmunds and design and build across Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. Include your project postcode so we can understand where the garden is and discuss the practical next steps.
Yes. Select the conversion or maintenance and servicing option, then describe the pool and what you would like help with. Any information about its current filtration, previous maintenance or the concern you have noticed will help us review the enquiry.
