The guide prices cover the core design and build. Your proposal sets out the excavation, pool structure, filtration and any planting, along with the agreed finishes. Wider landscaping, optional additions and any exclusions are made clear before you commit.
Can parts of the project follow later?
Sometimes. The excavation, structure and filtration need to be planned together, while elements such as decking or wider landscaping may be completed later. We can discuss a sensible sequence during the design stage.
What should I allow for ongoing care?
Allow for pump electricity, routine cleaning and any planting care, plus professional maintenance or servicing where required. The ongoing budget depends on the system, its operating schedule, your electricity tariff and how much care you choose to do yourself.
