Swimming ponds start from £45,000, with natural pools and living pools from £80,000, excluding VAT. Wildlife ponds, which are not designed for swimming, start from £12,000. These are guide starting points; size, access, site conditions, filtration and finishes determine your individual proposal.

The pool’s position, landscape treatment and relationship with the building should be discussed alongside planning restrictions and any heritage permissions that may apply. A natural design does not itself guarantee approval or remove the need to check with the local planning authority.

Yes. Natural does not mean maintenance free. The routine varies by pool and system, but cleaning, removing debris, checking equipment and managing any planted areas are part of ownership. We explain the appropriate aftercare and can discuss seasonal servicing for your pool.
